Light Well House

The two-household building is located in a high-density residential area comprised of three or four story houses enclosed by forested boundaries. On the rectangular plane, the kitchen, bathroom, stairs, et cetera, have walls with curved corners, and the remainder of the S-shaped space is colonnade. Circular top lights are built into the ceiling, providing soft light to the space below.
A large terrace is hung from the reinforced concrete building so that the cherry blossoms spreading closely in front of our eyes can be enjoyed. The planning also considered the requirements of Feng Shui at the request of the owner.
